The Foresight Pilot

Proven in your own data. Measured from day one.

A twelve-week Foresight Pilot runs inside your perimeter on a single delivery line of your choosing. It produces named foresights from week two, runs the action loop through your existing tooling, and closes with a CFO-signed evidence row — or it closes on attested terms and we walk away.

What the pilot is — and is not

A fixed-scope engagement, not a sales pilot.

The pilot is
  • Twelve weeks, fixed scope, against a single delivery line.
  • Deployed inside your perimeter from day one.
  • Measured against your estate’s own baseline.
  • Closed with a CFO-signed evidence row or an attested withdrawal.
  • Priced from €15K ARR when it converts to Growth.
The pilot is not
  • A free trial, a demo environment, or a sandbox.
  • A multi-line, multi-team rollout dressed as a pilot.
  • Open-ended discovery without a named decision date.
  • Priced on seats, agents, or data volumes.
  • Available to estates that do not meet the qualification criteria.
Qualification criteria

Five conditions. All five required.

  1. 01

    Regulated estate

You operate engineering inside a regulated industry — financial services, defence, healthcare, or critical infrastructure — where IP cannot leave the building.

  2. 02

    Sovereign deployment

You require an air-gapped, on-premises, or EU-sovereign deployment under your keys. There is no SaaS tier and no shared multi-tenant plane.

  3. 03

    Engineering at scale

Your engineering organisation is large enough that structural drift is a material risk — typically 100 engineers and above, across more than one delivery line.

  4. 04

    A named executive champion

A CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent is willing to sponsor the pilot end-to-end and reserve engineering time for the action loop.

  5. 05

A CFO or COO who can be briefed

The pilot closes with an attested figure. We need a finance or operations leader who can receive the evidence and decide whether to convert.

The twelve weeks

Three phases. Five gates. One decision.

WeeksPhaseWhat happens
Weeks 1–2BaselineDeploy inside your perimeter. Read the engineering record in place. Establish the twelve-week structural baseline against the estate’s own history.
Weeks 3–10MeasureSurface foresights weekly. Run the action loop through your existing tooling. Track every foresight to resolution, deferral or dismissal, with reasons.
Weeks 11–12DecideReconcile foresights against outcomes. Produce the CFO-signed evidence row. Either convert the pilot to a Growth engagement, or close on attested terms.
Twelve weeks, five gates — the conversion gate is the accent.
The conversion gate

Week eight is a decision, not a checkpoint.

At the end of week eight, the pilot crosses the conversion gate. Either the foresights produced so far are materially earlier than your existing review cycle — visibly, in your own data — or the pilot closes on attested terms and there is no further commitment. We do not extend pilots that have not earned their evidence by this point.

The conversion gate exists to protect you, not us. It is the point at which the engineering champion can stop the engagement without negotiation and the CFO can sign off on a decision based on what has actually happened, not on what we promised.

What you commit

A delivery line, a champion, and the right to be told the truth.

  • One delivery line, named and ring-fenced for twelve weeks.
  • A named executive champion with the authority to act on foresights.
  • Engineering time reserved for the action loop, weekly.
  • A CFO or COO who will receive the evidence and decide on conversion.
Pricing

Pricing starts at €15K ARR for qualified Foresight Pilots that convert to Growth.

We do not publish a Growth band. Conversion pricing is negotiated against the attested evidence the pilot produced, with the champion and the finance leader in the room. Pilots that do not meet the qualification criteria are not priced — they are declined, with reasons.

“We would rather decline a pilot than run one that cannot be honestly measured. The conversion gate is the discipline that keeps the rest of the platform honest.”

Qualify the pilot

An eight-step conversation, not a contact form.

Each step is one of the qualification gates. If the pilot is not a fit, we will tell you on the page, with the reason. If it is, a named human will reply within two working days.
